These Terms and Conditions govern your use of CeddTheArtist.com and our photography services. By booking a session or using this Website, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking and Payment

  • All bookings require a 50% deposit to secure your session.

  • The remaining balance is due on or before the date of your scheduled session.

  • Deposits become non-refundable if the booking is canceled within seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled session.

2. Session Delivery Timeline

  • Final photos and videos may take up to one (1) month for completion and delivery.

  • We will notify you when your content is ready for download or collection.

3. Usage Rights

  • Clients receive personal usage rights for their purchased images.

  • Any commercial use of the images must be discussed and agreed upon in writing.

  • We reserve the right to use images for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Refunds and Cancellations

  • Deposits are refundable if cancellation occurs more than seven (7) calendar days before the scheduled session.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations within seven (7) calendar days of the session date.

5. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any lost or damaged files once delivered.

  • We are not liable for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, technical failures) that may affect session outcomes.

6. Data and Privacy

  • Client data is retained for up to one (1) year.

  • If you opt into email communications, your data is retained until you unsubscribe.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Website or our services constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
